International Digital Commerce-Employer Brand Specialist Full Time

Summary:

• Responsible for overall construction of the employer brand, including proposal, tone, and design. Build, expand, and manage new media channels for the employer brand, such as domestic and overseas official websites, official accounts, video platforms, and other platforms. Assist in generating, releasing, and promoting content, interacting with fans, replicating data, and performing daily maintenance.
• Actively participate in employer brand building and recruitment promotion efforts. Collaborate with multiple departments including marketing, brand PR, organizational culture, and organizational development to conduct recruitment research and continuously build the brand.
• Promote the employer brand through campus and society recruitment initiatives. Develop content strategies, plan and implement activities, and independently design employer brand projects. This includes tasks like video editing, copywriting, and other content creation. Utilize understanding of the company’s business and organizational culture to identify relevant topics and create comprehensive plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in brand marketing and new media content operations. Experience in market promotion and brand image building is preferred. Experience of 3 years or more in domestic 4A or creative positions is a plus.
• Passionate about content work and a proficient user of mainstream social platforms. Skilled in identifying trending topics and possesses strong content planning abilities. Demonstrates creativity, intelligence, and an understanding of the preferences of the current young audience.
• Independent communication planning and project planning skills are essential. Experience in establishing personal official accounts and new media operations is preferred. Experience with successful public accounts is highly valued.
• Excellent project experience and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate internal and external resources and collaborate effectively.
• Experience in brand building for young audiences is preferred.
• Strong logical thinking ability, intelligence, and agility. Capable of deep thinking and pursuing an understanding of the essence of things.
