Head of Product – Director Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Define, validate, and develop business/product strategies.
• Set high-level objectives and key results for Product-Engineering.
• Prioritize product and engineering initiatives based on analytics and research.
• Plan and execute initiatives.
• Research the needs of existing and prospective users.
• Define business requirements for solutions, outline solution contours, and facilitate technical design in engineering teams.
• Maintain product roadmaps and backlogs.
• Lead overall initiatives and goals of the product function.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• At least 2 years of experience as a product lead, leading consumer products in the financial services, fintech, or banking domain.
• Experience in decision-making, problem-solving, and leading the delivery of complex projects to clients.
• Strong analytical skills for careful evaluation of information and solving complex problems.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Fluent in English.

Bonus Skills:

• Previous experience in leading a product function with product-engineering teams in a fast-growing start-up or dynamic fintech company.
• revious experience in assembling teams, setting up organizational development processes and structures, as well as promoting engineering teams’ work to drive results, team goals, objectives, and metrics/KPIs.
• Previous experience in building alignment, advocating for priorities with cross-functional partners, and organizing work streams.
