Affiliation Specialist User Growth Full Time

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate professional to join our Traffic Team at Shirlyn. This role requires a strong understanding of online marketing performance and exceptional communication and negotiation skills to lead the following tasks:

• Reporting to the head of affiliate, manage a portfolio of affiliates and maintain strong relationships.
• Lead and nurture new projects to become future growth pillars, including influencer marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and overall project efficiency.
• Continuously monitor data performance and provide optimization strategies using both internal and external resources.
• Determine the most effective assortment and affiliate combination to define a converting assortment strategy.

Position Requirements

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business and Marketing.
• At least 1 year of experience in affiliation or online marketing.
• Experience managing different media channels.
• Strong account management and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data handling.
• Highly adaptable and responsive in a dynamic environment.
• Self-directed with a passion for learning and growth, embracing a continuous improvement approach.
• Strong team player with a collaborative spirit.
• Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.

Qualifications:

• E-commerce experience is a bonus, but not required.
• Experience with influencer marketing is a plus.
