Digital Communications Manager Full Time

Summary

Shirlyn International Production is seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Communications Manager to drive the development of multichannel digital content, encompassing design, writing, and corporate platform/channel management. This position plays a crucial role in expanding our corporate messaging and assets to new audiences across various digital platforms, including social media and our corporate website. As part of the Global Communication Hub, this role supports the company’s global strategic communication efforts.

Responsibilities

• Establish communication goals and objectives for digital campaigns and ad-hoc projects, identifying target audiences and determining outreach methods and schedules.
• Collaborate with project owners and stakeholders to develop creative concepts and copy for diverse digital assets, including graphics, infographics, website layouts, blogs, and newsroom posts.
• Set communication goals and objectives for each campaign, targeting specific audiences and selecting suitable outreach methods.
• Continuously evaluate and test innovative communication tactics and channels, documenting results and sharing best practices with the team.
• Support the Employer Branding team in building, sustaining, and protecting the brand of Shirlyn International Production by developing channels and platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in digital communications, graphic design, or a related field.
• 5 to 6 years of experience in digital communication, preferably with agency or client-side experience, encompassing design and social media management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to create authentic, strategic, and engaging content across multiple channels for internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in developing omnichannel communication strategies and plans.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently with a strong sense of initiative.
• Proficient in writing for corporate and consumer channels.
