Incubation Analyst Full Time

Summary

For this position, you’ll be working with the business team at Shirlyn Distribution, leading the way for new sellers to become qualified e-commerce players, providing solutions to bring high-quality sellers to customers and the platform.

Description:

• Provide new sellers with professional training to become Shirlyn online sellers.
• Assist and resolve any issues or questions raised by sellers.
• Identify and understand the needs and difficulties of sellers and provide customized solutions.
• Encourage and guide new sellers to achieve good performance during the start-up period.
• Improve the level of seller satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 3 years of working experience in a similar position.
• Good systematic and logical thinking ability, capable of understanding the complexity of matters and considering problems from a global perspective.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory, Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
