7 Marketing Intern (Urgent) Internship

Summary

This dedicated team within the Shirlyn Media Production division will spearhead the creation of compelling marketing campaigns tailored specifically for SHIRLYN.CO, ensuring that our brand messaging resonates effectively with our target audience and aligns seamlessly with our overarching marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the acquisition of consumer insights through gathering data on market trends, customer preferences, and both online and offline consumer behaviors, alongside competitor analysis.
• Collaborate in producing top-notch written and visual content for diverse social media platforms and PR releases, showcasing our products and brand essence.
• Interact with the online community by promptly responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Aid in the execution of experiential events, ensuring seamless alignment with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Assist in coordinating campaign concepts, execution plans, and event logistics in partnership with agencies, encompassing location scouting and budget oversight.
• Participate in monitoring and analyzing event performance metrics, aiding in the creation of reports detailing attendance, engagement, and overall return on investment (ROI).
• Engage with internal teams, including local cross-functional teams and headquarters, to ensure a unified and integrated approach to events and activations.
• Disseminate event-related information and furnish regular updates to stakeholders to maintain alignment and bolster the overarching marketing goals.
• Oversee inventory and materials for marketing events, managing quantity and assisting in inbound and outbound warehouse logistics.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
• Available for on-site work for a minimum of 3 days a week, committing to an internship duration of at least 3 months.
• Passionate about social media marketing and event management.
• Possess basic project management skills with the ability to effectively juggle multiple tasks.
• Demonstrate a creative and innovative mindset with acute attention to detail.
• Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills at a native level of proficiency.
• Possess rudimentary analysis skills to comprehend and apply event metrics and analytics.
• Team-oriented, fostering a positive demeanor and a readiness to learn and contribute to various marketing endeavors.
