4 Branding Manager – Global Operations – Urgent Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance and strengthen the brand image and positioning of Shirlyn in the market.
  • Drive sales growth and increase brand equity for both online and offline channels.
  • Create and implement integrated marketing plans to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
  • Plan and oversee brand campaigns, including participation in fashion weeks and organizing new product press conferences.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with talents, PR agencies, and marketing agencies to leverage partnerships and collaborations.
  • Collaborate closely with influencers to establish and nurture long-term cooperative relationships for brand promotion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience. Proficiency in English is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local market and consumer habits, with the ability to integrate internal and external resources to stay informed about local trends and hot news.
  • Prior experience working on fashion weeks or brand campaigns is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
