Summary

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to various marketing teams, including influencer marketing, social media, experiential, partnerships, and PR, as needed.
• Coordinate and execute marketing projects, campaigns, and initiatives to support overall marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement marketing plans and create promotional materials.
• Assist in managing influencer partnerships, including outreach, communication, and coordination of campaigns.
• Support social media efforts by creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance.
• Aid in organizing and executing experiential marketing events, activations, and campaigns.
• Coordinate partnership activities, including research, outreach, and administration of contracts.
• Assist in PR activities, such as drafting press releases, monitoring media, and maintaining press contacts.
• Manage project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed within budget and on time.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Maintain marketing databases, track campaign metrics, and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing.
• Basic understanding of PR principles and practices.
• Analytical mindset to analyze campaign data and derive insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
